When I first spoke with Michael Kraut, I was nervous, scared and confused. I was in a bind. Kraut's service is expensive and my result was incredibly average. Even though the people in the courtroom such as the judge, the clerk and others really liked Mr. Kraut, that did nothing for ME and I still... got a standard first. I think if you have a low BAC, or you have a legitimate defense such as being stopped without probable cause, Mr. Kraut would be a good lawyer for you. But for me, with a high BAC and no real defense to speak of I got a completely average result that ended up costing me ALOT, adding insult to injury. Sorry Mr. Kraut, you were a nice guy and I liked working with you but my results were majorly average.

based from my experience, i will not recommend him. he called me twice and its always me calling him. and when i call him to ask for updates, he would tell me he's busy and never got a call back and have to call him again. first time he called me is to confirm if he is going to deposit the check. on ...the arraignment, i never got any updates. told me im not supposed to get a copy of the criminal charge(s) and its confidential. the second call is about the offer concerning my case. in the whole process, i felt like i was left "out of the dark" and for a neophyte like me its a traumatic experience. this is my experience. hope this reviews will help as you decide to hire him or not.

I was sent to Michael for my DUI from a fellow employee who used him for a non-DUI issue. He went with me ONCE to court and then I went by myself all the other times, not knowing what to do or what to say. I would email and call and his only response would be "call me when you get out of jail". P...eople that I met in my DUI classes had paid 75% less and got LESS fees and jail time PLUS their lawyers were with them every step of the way. I had to sell my car to pay for this guy and I was told BY THE JUDGE AND PROSECUTOR that I should have saved my money and handled everything myself. I also lost my job after Michael got me 115 days in jail and my employer refused to let me go, I am still unemployed after 2 years, lost everything and am hugely in debt. Michael Kraut was the worst decision I made.
