Criminal charge for speeding
I had a criminal speeding ticket, Mr.Horan was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and revealed evidence to the judge to drop it to a civil case. We ended up with a better outcome of me attending driving school with zero points on my record. Would definitely recommend 10/10!
