My experience with Craig was miserable. Initially hired him for a pre charge legal representation. He was clueless what was going on. He didn't know I was arrested till I called him. I spoke to many attorneys about how he handled this. They all confirmed he failed and did not deserve what he c...harged. Once arrested, he was paid to retain him. He does not disclose ahead of time what he is actually charging for. So any phone call or email he will charge for. Ive tried to get my money back, he refuses. In the end 6300 for nothing but lies and incompetence. Completely clueless every step of the way.

There was a reasonable chance that the matter could be resolved over the phone too. If it can be resolved quickly on the call back, Craig said he wouldn't even charge me. My 18 year old ran across a problem after being stopped while driving under the influence of Marijuana and in possession of minute quantity- the State of Arizona has little tolerance in writing, but the experience of Craig Gillespie and his partner Dave Roscoe proved to be very helpful in mitigating ...the ramifications of the "crimes". They knew thru practical experience how to approach the few members of the Judicial system who may have the ability to positively influence the outcome. There were not many avenues to go down but Craig and Dave took what they could get and were able to counsel our family in the best course of action for us. They knew which programs would provide the best results and have the least on going impact. It is a long process, our situation will be in the 30 month range for overall completion. The Gillespie Firm maintained good communications, much of the time there was nothing to communicate due to the Courts slow process, but they were available and provided good counsel. When the time came for action they jumped in and allowed for questions, comments, and pursued our decided upon course of action, which had been arrived at mutually.
