As a parent, I’m sure you can imagine the fear, panic, confusion, and stress receiving that phone call brought. As a woman who places her hope and trust in GOD, I prayed and asked for divine guidance in choosing the right representation. I was led to Doug. Keep in mind, I did my due diligence in researching and speaking with different criminal defense attorneys in Colorado. My family and I agreed that Doug was the man for this case. Sewing as how an immediate expungement was very favorable and much more cost effective, Mr. Cohen then advised that fighting for a reversal just did not make much sense from a financial perspective due to the hearing date being so far out. Also, the expungement is a great ruling that should be considered. In the end, I chose the immediate expungement and have no worries about the case any longer. I am very pleased with Mr. Cohen as my lawyer and would hire him again in an instant. He is hard-working, blunt, informative, knowledgeable, tactful, and has integrity to top it all off.
