Russell represented my brother Cody. Cody has been in and out of prison most of his life. He was definitely the black sheep of the family. However, a year and a half ago he got into some trouble and I was looking at 25 years to life. This was in Montgomery county Texas. Cody and I was most certain h...e was going to get 25 to life.
