Mr. Weitz provided a few hours of strategic advice and practice questions when I was faced with expulsion from a medical residency program because of some personal health issues which had impacted my performance. His personal encouragement and ability to bring the best out of me were phenomenal. His ...natural grasp of the politics at play was unmatched. I went on to succeed on a committee appeal and am still working as a physician-in-training, today. They came to see it from my perspective: even doctors get sick.
