Reach out to Tim to get his advise regarding an informal hearing I have for the pharmacy. After reviewing the pharmacy documents to the board, Tim was very honest on what he thinks about my case. Since it was a pharmacy informal hearing and I wanted to get a disciplinary action dismissed for my PIC. ... He recommend I didn't need to hire a lawyer to represent my pharmacy at the informal hearing unless I wanted to hire a lawyer. I just needed to explain my side of the story to the board. Tim is very knowledgeable, professional, and very experienced. He helped my PIC and I prepped for the informal hearing and what questions might be asked at the informal hearing. He didn't have to do it, since I didn't hire Tim for the informal hearing but did pay for the consultation. He went above and beyond to help me out. He's great at responding back to me in a timely manner. I am very thankful because I ended up not getting a disciplinary action. I can't thank Tim enough!!!!
