He represented me for a ridiculous but very serious Texas medical board complaint. Despite the fact that it was ridiculous it was still incredibly stressful. Mr. Weitz was consulted by my group to respond to a TMB complaint that was, to say the least, completely illegitimate. However, in 25 years of practice, this was the first time I heard from the board, besides wanting a check. It is certainly disconcerting, whether it has merit or not. As soon as M...r. Weitz was contacted by my group's legal, and he thusly contacted me, and I gratefully agreed to him taking my case, he moved most expeditiously. He gave me bullet points of what he needed from me, got what he needed from the clinic. And post haste, I received a letter from the TMB stating that this complaint was without merit, dropped into the dusty bin of things that should never happened, and move on. From my first contact, I lost 99% of my apprehension due to his professionalism, confidence and rapid movement. I would recommend none other than Mr. Weitz for any practitioner in the state of Texas, that runs into this same concern. The fact that he's a retired USMC JAG certainly should lend confidence to any client as well.
