Reach out to Tim to get his advise regarding an informal hearing I have for the pharmacy. After reviewing the pharmacy documents to the board, Tim was very honest on what he thinks about my case. Since it was a pharmacy informal hearing and I wanted to get a disciplinary action dismissed for my PIC. ... He recommend I didn't need to hire a lawyer to represent my pharmacy at the informal hearing unless I wanted to hire a lawyer. I just needed to explain my side of the story to the board.
