I was falsely accused of prescribing testosterone to myself while working in a busy primary care office. The DEA had an unannounced visit to a pharmacy which I prescribed testosterone frequently by phone. Also, I was receiving low dose testosterone for myself from my provider in the same office. The ...DEA found two documented orders with my name as the prescriber and as the patient. Because Timothy was extremely meticulous gathering information, he was able to prove multiple errors were from the pharmacy. In the end he won my case and it was dismissed in nine months. During this time Timothy was prompt with communication and explained what was happening. I highly recommend his expertise in handling any case with the Texas Board of Nursing.
