Tim heard my story, set expectations, created a flat rate contract, did all the work up front to help resolve my matter with the TMB and followed through with excellent results. Without Tim Weitz to help me after being denied at committee I am certain I would not be working today. I had success with him in my corner four years prior but he even exceeded those high expectations this time when I was nearing hopelessness. An anonymous complaint led to a TMB investigation. You can only imagine how stressful that was, but I happened to find Mr. Weitz. His knowledge and competent advice was very reassuring. He prepared me for the informal hearing, and his guidance was so effective that the complaint was dismissed before ...we even reached the waiting area during their deliberations!
