An anonymous complaint led to a TMB investigation. You can only imagine how stressful that was, but I happened to find Mr. Weitz. His knowledge and competent advice was very reassuring. He prepared me for the informal hearing, and his guidance was so effective that the complaint was dismissed before ...we even reached the waiting area during their deliberations!
