Ms. Tanner took my custody case over and very quickly and professionally handled what I felt to be a losing case. At every moment I knew what was going, when it was going to happen, and what to expect. If I had questions or comments she was quick to respond. When she didn't know the answer, I felt as... if she made it a point to quickly get the correct answer and not some dribble to make me feel at ease. She made me feel at ease with her demeanor and understood what I wanted. Even during the mediation phase she never let the other party control the situation, stray from the subject at hand, and only worked with the facts of my case.
