I hired Ilana Tanner based on a recommendation from a friend that I value their opinion and they were very correct on how good Ilana is. I met with her initial at her office and the meeting went well, we primarily communicated via email after that meeting till we went through mediation which she was ...a big help and explained what was realistic and what wasn't in great detail based on her previous experience. While I didn't get everything I was hoping for mediation, I did end up leaving it feeling that I was represented well and my wishes/concerns were addressed adequately.
