Ilana's title is " Lets get through this together" and as a long standing client of hers, I must emphasize the fact that she lives up to that statement. I have been in a 2 year long custody dispute that has had some really strange things happen and Ilana has been present for almost a year of that... case. Ilana was not only professional but extremely dedicated to me, my case and my family. In fact, Ilana gave my daughter a little red stuffed bird to help my daughter get through all this. As a lawyer, Ilana is very clear and honest, even when I didn't want to hear what she had to say, so be ready (and grateful) for that. She will also help enforce what you are doing right and she teach you how to handle the case even after it is over. I had been trying to get divorced for the past 4 years, but since my ex was ‘absent’ in the state of Texas, I had to go through a lot of extra steps to try and finalize everything. A friend of mine recommended that I use Ms. Tanner, but she was working for Ms. Brown at the time. I hired Ms. Bro...wn and she started off doing an ok job. Long story, short, she never kept me in the loop with anything and I showed up for court and Ms. Brown DID NOT!
