Russell is always late to client meetings. He's always late to court. He kept me waiting at court for 2 hours and didn't have the decency to call or text me to let me know where he was. When he finally showed up, he had no idea what I was trying to accomplish or what was even written in my order that... we were getting signed. He doesn't return phone calls or emails. His business is severely mismanaged. He frequently misremembers facts and is very condescending. I would absolutely not recommend Russell.

I hired R. J. Amsberry, Esq. when I needed counsel related to family law in a mediation context. His gifts are outstanding to the field, particularly in his superior grasp and application of laws in complex and esoteric parts. During mediation he corrected opposing counsel's suggestions, actually tea...ching the opposing lawyers, and ultimately settling a harmonious mediation for both parties. I have not yet seen any other lawyer do this. I was amused when the opposing lawyer started drafting documents at Mr. Amsberry's orders on the spot :-) If you want an excellent lawyer that can navigate your case with superior legal acumen, he's your go-to man.

Russell Amsberry has been my divorce attorney and workplace attorney for seven years.
