Deanna is a very good attorney and was able to turn the tables quickly for my daughter in a child custody dispute. I will admit I had some issues with her staff as I thought their attention to detail was not good. She is expensive and you have to set your expectations up front or you could end up s...pending more than needed. I feel she has a bit of a ego and when challenged on equal ground she can be defensive. Overall, a very good lawyer.

Seems like she don't really care about my case. She never clearly explained all legal processes. It was impossible to reach her by phone, email or in person. I wouldn't say she won my case, I was left with nothing basically. In her mind my case was a winner. I didn't get what I ask for and left every...thing to my Ex. She missed some information about joint account and now I have to come back to court to resolve my issue with Ex. Her services was too expensive for the result I received.

I hired Deanna to handle my appeal. She NEVER filed it and then switched game plans saying she was filing a motion to modify (since she missed the deadline). The motion she filed was so inaccurate and she filed at the last second giving us no time to go over it. When I called to discuss (which took n...early a week for her to respond) she placed blame on me even though I provided all of the evidence, she just didn’t read it, so she had no idea what was going on. I am so shocked at how much I spent for nothing to be done and I mean nothing and what was done wasn’t accurate. She came highly recommended and I don’t understand how. Please do not waste your time with her. I can no longer appeal my case and a year is wasted. A year that I can’t get back. There are so many better, more attentive attorneys. She won’t answer your calls or emails for weeks (sometimes months). I had three phone calls with her and two were under 10 minutes in the year I had her handling my case. She never would give me a game plan and I spent more money asking for updates and status on my case than anything else because it would be months without hearing from her just to find out nothing was being done but they were charging every email I sent asking for updates and not reading any of my documents. Please, please don’t waste your time and hire an attorney who will listen to you, read your emails and fight for you.

Upon my first phone call with Cait I felt really positive. After meeting with Dallas, I still felt somewhat positive but as time went by and them not doing much my retainer ran out really fast. Charges for texting 2 words, days to get responses returned. Did not follow through with plan, made me f...eel not much hope with what I was asking, even though in consultation they gave hope. I did all my own research ect but somehow the costs kept accruing for a pretty simple case. It seems they wanted to help my daughters father out more than fight for me. Mrs. Whitley took over at the last moment and didnt even get everything straight in court. She was not prepared. I would not recommend
