When I was arrested in March 2013 I was facing three felonies along with a misdemeanor and the charges were split between two counties [Harris and Montgomery]. As a mother of three young children I was afraid I'd lose everything or go to jai or have to file for bankruptcy or all of the above; I spent weeks calling around for an attorney that was the best of the best yet didn't break the bank. Kurk Hopke is the best out there. When I went to Mr.Hopke I didn't have the money most lawyers would want before they even talk to you, but I was honest with him and he worked with me. He not only have a heart for his practice but for family. There is not one time that I called and couldn't get him. ...He not only help me with my legal matter but was willing to go the extra mile and help me with some family issues. As I write this review I am in tears because I have a record that's not great at all I just came home from prison and made a mistake. He understood the importance in me not going back to jail and he made sure that didn't happen. If you pass him up it would be the worse mistake of your life. Kurk Hopke is the best.
