This client was given both a receipt and a contract. A significant amount of work was done on this case and correspondence was sent to this client explaining this. Attorneys do not issue refunds under these circumstances. This is an industry standard. Our practice has never encountered any complaints or dissatisfaction aside from this disparaging and deceptive post. It is advisable that one not enter into an agreement if they do not intend on honoring the terms therein. We regret that this client chose to prematurely end their agreement with us.
