Kurt is a confident and outstanding person. A true man of the law that reads in between the lines to find whatever he can to help the case. Kurt proved well informed, kept me informed, and is not interested in playing with the courts trash. Over the 3 years or so that my case DRAGGED I was kept up to date, Kurt was easily accessible and kind while clearly invested in the right ways. He was over the courts poor offers and the oppositions false claims as much as I was. He kept it cool and guided the ship the right way until the best opportunity came and we closed it down.
