I hired Mr. Hopke to help me with my DWI case. He was very informative as to how we would beat the case, and how we had so much evidence to work in our favor. I was facing jail time after violating my probation. This was my second issue with law enforcement the I had no idea what questions to ask or what much of the lingo meant and the attorney I used for my DWI did not give me much help. When I was arrested in March 2013 I was facing three felonies along with a misdemeanor and the charges were split between two counties [Harris and Montgomery]. As a mother of three young children I was afraid I'd lose everything or go to jai or have to file for bankruptcy or all of the above; I spent weeks calling around for an attorney that was the best of the best yet didn't break the bank.
