Easily the best option in Bryan/College Station

Following my DUI arrest, I consulted with several attorneys in Bryan/College Station to find the lawyer that would best represent me and provide the best possible outcome, and I am very glad that I chose Shane Phelps. Throughout the process, Shane's office answered all of my questions and walked ...me through the entire process. My particular case had some specific extenuating circumstances, and Shane's team worked diligently to understand my needs and provide the best possible outcome. Shane's paralegal Samantha and his wife Jean, along with his entire staff, were fantastic and overall his office was compassionate and understanding. Ultimately, Shane's ability to navigate the complicated and unpredictable nature of the Brazos County court system and his expertise prevailed and provided me with more than what I could have imagined getting in terms of an outcome. If you, like me, have found yourself in a situation where you need someone on your side, Shane and his office are the best in Brazos County.

Treated me very kindly and represented me well

Shane took plenty of time to explain the exact process of my hearing and genuinely took time to get to know me and understand my goals. He and his staff treated me very kindly throughout the whole process. Shane has represented me twice and gotten amazing outcomes each time.

friend of a friend in need

Shane came highly recommended by a lawyer friend and he was fantastic! Within 48 hours of an initial interview, he’d researched the matter and found a serious flaw in the charges we were facing. Without even contracting with me, he reached out to the DA and got it resolved. He would not accept pa...yment, and when asked why, he said the just wanted to help. He’s that kind of lawyer, talented, aggressive and will care for you like family. Most important though, he gets the job done. I am so grateful Shane Phelps was referred to me, and I highly recommend him to you.

Great communication, great advice

I was arrested for a DUI by University police even though I agreed to, and passed, the breathalyzer. I was very nervous about how a bogus arrest could impact my livelihood. Shane had a great bedside manner, listened to my scenario, and gave advice that turned out to be exactly what happened. He even ...reached out to the DA on my behalf free of charge. I felt so much better after initially speaking with him and especially after receiving the call that my case had been refused. I wholeheartedly recommend Shane and his team. Samantha is great as well, super communicative and knowledgeable. 2 gig'ems!

Hire Mr. Phelps!

If you or your child ever has the misfortune of finding themselves entangled in Texas A&M's Academic Integrity process do yourself a favor and hire Shane Phelps. We were caught in a situation that seemed to have no resolution. Despite our child's innocence, we could not get anyone from the University... to listen to us or give us any opportunity to state our case. It wasn't until we got Mr. Phelps involved that there was any movement in the case. Mr. Phelps knowledge of the University processes, people and solid plan to address the accusations against us were critical to ultimately getting the accusations dropped. Without a doubt, Mr. Phelps was the reason we ultimately persevered. I would strongly recommend Mr. Phelps and his team.
