My sons case was dismissed!

Shane was the best ! He was very active and helping my son with his case. He suggested several extra things to do such as lie detector test , monthly drug tests, expert tox report…it all cost us additional money but well worth it since it meant getting a case dismissed. I highly recommend him !

He's The Best There Is

Juvenile sexual assault

Our son was falsely accused three years later of sexual assault. The alleged assault took place in his high school years. We hired Mr Phelps after we reached out to him; as a result of his free consultation. He told us how serious this charge can be. Our son is 20 now and is in college. He knew the l...aw and pursued the truth (our son took a polygraph and passed). Shane fought for our son and as a result all charges were dropped. Thank you Shane.

I highly recommend Shane Phelps.

Shane went beyond the call of duty in his representation of my son. He was instrumental in getting him into a specific dual diagnosis rehab facility when my attempts were unsuccessful. Shane was relentless when fighting to ensure my son had a future and because of that, a suitable plea agreement was ...reached. While it was a very difficult time for our family, I am grateful that, with Shane's help, my son is in a wonderful place and has a bright future in front of him.
