It was like pulling teeth to get anything out of them. I felt as though he treated my case as if i was guilty. Never a word of encouragement. Doug i...s clearly quite intelligent, however he had very little to do with my case. I paid a lot of money to hire Doug, not his assistants. That was not communicated. I was treated as if I knew what was going on, often had to push to make recommendations, and essentially tell them what I expect without given options. Had I not done my own independent research, I'm not sure what would have been accomplished. They weren't interested in pushing boundaries and instead pointed to case law themselves and accepted it as fact, without entertaining the idea of challenging the case.
