My little brother and I were charged with possession of marijuana class B misdemeanors. We hired Doug and he gave us clear and precise instructions on what to do to try and get our charges dropped. About half way through the case the law changed and we could no longer get our charges dropped. It seem...ed like we only had one option left, and that was to try and get 6 months probation. And yet Douglas Atkinson pulls through and gets our charges dropped anyway. I cannot recommend him enough. He works hard and gets results, he made the impossible possible. If you get in trouble this is the guy to hire.

Doug is an awesome person...and an even better lawyer. He's very easy to talk to and doesn't talk down to you like some lawyers do.  I'm gonna be real in this review.. I was freaking out when I was arrested. It's something I never thought would happen to me. He was able to get a class A misdemeano...r.. where I read I could go to jail for days... down to just 24 hours of community service and two online classes. And the charge was DISMISSED. I was charged with "resisting arrest" which he informed me was not true. That the childlike cop was just angry because I was talking s--t to him.  Resisting involves physically pulling away, etc. Which I was not doing. Doug will be straight forward.. He will help you. He will put your mind at ease and he will work to get the BEST deal for you. I would recommend Doug to anyone and I think he truly cares about his clients as if they were his own family. In fact I know he does.
