My husband & I had processed our K-1 on our own, but in the final AOS, we were thrown a serious set back. We needed a good lawyer, and needed one fast. I contacted Ruby though a anonymous post from a visa forum. From our 1st meeting, the thing I liked most about Ruby, is her attitude to take one thin...g at a time. She is not all doom and gloom, and after hearing our story, she said let's do this 1st, and see what happens and then we will go from there if we need to do more.
