Refrain from his consultant

If I could give no stars I would not. I recently hired Herman Martinez to represent a family member of mine, and unfortunately, he fell short of expectations. He took a large upfront payment for the elderly and did very little to help. He failed to provide proper advice, present evidence, or ensure... justice in court. He also failed to make suitable plea offers for both parties. Most importantly, he failed to inform his client of their rights. This man is a stark contrast to what a lawyer should be. I strongly advise against trusting him. However, I did notice that he did advise his client of their rights, which is a positive step. Nevertheless, his actions have highlighted the importance of proper representation and the unfair biases that can arise when someone disregards another’s life. Save your self or family the trouble, refrain from using his legal service.

Great Lawyer

Herman, was very professional from day one. He made the process extremely with his preciseness. He gave great advice and answered all the questions I had for me. He was early to every court date. Would highly recommend.

Highly Recommended

I had read reviews about Herman so I called. His assistant Natalie instantly answered. She said Herman would give me a call and he immediately called me. In a time I felt terrified, he set all that aside. I hired him, he handled it all. Very recommended but do your part too.
