I don't even know where to begin....I hired a local lawyer over 5 years ago for my 18 yr old son, who was told take the plea as would not get any better. He did not even show up for court to sign the plea. Anyhow, my son was placed on 8 yrs probation with the plea. After almost 4 years probation c...ompleted we hired Mark to have the case dismissed. After the case was dismissed, the DA decided to reopen and charge him with a different title for the same crime. We were shocked. I called Mark back and hired him.
