I would like to take time out to thank Mr. Jordan, Ms. Patti and Tasha for all that they did for me. You guys never promised anything but explained what we were up against and what the plan would be. I will recommend you to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation. You may have anyone call... me for a reference. There is no question in my mind that you showed complete respect for my situation and neither of you ever judged. You helped me to understand everything that needed to be done and what I was up against. You treated my case with diligence, confidentiality and discretion. You coached me and made me feel comfortable with whatever the outcome and that was more than one could ask. I will forever be in debt to you, once again I say Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Greetings, I’m a PFC in the United States Army and was falsely accused of Abusive Sexual Contact. I knew that a civilian lawyer along with my military one was the way to go. After a few minutes I discovered Mr Joseph Jordan and contacted him, within minutes he responded letting me know he was eager t...o take the case. Throughout the entire process I felt extremely confident in Mr Jordan. He was agressive in the court room and you could tell he did his own full investigation of what happened. I was found not guilty of all my charges and can go back to my normal military life. Mr Jordan without a doubt was the most experienced attorney in that court room and it showed without question.

Mr. Jordan came storming to my defense when I was accused of crimes I did not commit. The penalty for these false allegations was life in prison. He ensured my commander understood his boundaries and what the legal consequences would be if they were crossed. From the beginning he was continuously ava...ilable and worked diligently to reduce the charge sheet. He identified a private investigator who aided in discovering information about the complainants in which we were missing. Expert witnesses to include a forensic psychologist and a neuromuscular neurologist were identified and hired. As the trial date approached, the charge sheet was continually reduced as the government’s case began to fall apart. Rather than taking a back seat to watch the destruction of their case, Mr. Jordan actively pursued their weaknesses to leave no doubt in the jury’s mind as to my innocence. During trial he was relentless in cross examination of the government’s witnesses. He ensured the inconsistencies of the complainants were easily identified and understood by the jury. He was able to use their expert witness testimony to support my defense more than the prosecution’s case. The trial only lasted half as long as originally scheduled and at the end there was no doubt in my mind that my defense case was far superior when compared to the government prosecution’s case. I was fully acquitted of all charges. I will seek Mr. Jordan out again if I ever find myself in a need of a military criminal defense attorney.

Dear Mr. Jordan, I am writing to share a word of appreciation and deep recognition on the name of my family, for the work you did in all the court proceedings regarding my son. The work you did the past few days in the court and the successful representation prove to my son and me that we were not... wrong when we read your post on the internet. As soon as we read about you and saw the different videos you have, we said this is the man. My son was impressed by your skills as a lawyer and I asked him if there was a highlight moment in this process that impacted him the most and he said that I knew that for the last nine or ten months he was under lot of pressure and told me that at that moment was; when he saw you for the first time in Germany, and for some reason all the anguish disappeared. That was his highlight moment. We thank you Mr. Jordan and I must finish with a Spanish sentence my son used in reference to you, he said Mr. Jordan is “Buena Onda” that means you are real cool. I was a company commander falsely accused of sexual assault. I hired Mr. Jordan after being interrogated CID. Mr. Jordan informed me that I would very likely receive a GOMOR and to be patient and fight it during the rebuttal process. This seemed counterintuitive to me but I put my trust in his adv...ice and waited. After receiving the GOMOR I worked very closely with one of his paralegals to gather statements, review material, and prepare a rebuttal. The end result was that I was rightly found innocent and the GOMOR was withdrawn and destroyed. While I have no doubt that Mr. Jordan himself worked many hours in helping prepare my rebuttal I must also give credit to his paralegal Tasha. She helped me sift through the GOMOR supporting documents and asked questions I hadn't thought of. Additionally she was very sympathetic to the stress my family and I were under and never failed to offer a kind word. God forbid that I ever need a lawyer in defense again while in the military, but if I do I would hire Mr. Jordan's firm without any hesitation.
