100% Recommend

My attorney Nicholas C. DauSchmidt (Joseph Jordan Law Firm) lives in Europe and was professional, available, and concise. 100% recommend. Even if you are innocent, TDS is often overworked and doesn’t have the same bandwidth as private counsel to investigate a case. Nicholas assisted me in collecting ...an extensive amount of digital evidence, drawing diagrams, and compiling a list of more than two dozen witnesses. I would never wish a false complaint upon ANYONE. If you are in the military, there is a much LOWER standard for probable cause than in the civilian criminal justice system. In the military, an accusation alone with NO EVIDENCE is enough to trigger a felony criminal investigation. Even if the accuser has a record of filing false complaints at previous duty stations, CID will still investigate a false complaint as if it were real. Nicholas has more than 15 years of experience as a military defense attorney. He is now a civilian defense attorney who represents service members. I am grateful for him and his professional team. I highly recommend him to any service member in the same predicament.

Full Acquittal

Full Acquittal! I am an active duty MSG in the Army out of Fort Leonard Wood, MO, though my case originated in Germany. I went before a General Court Martial facing 3 counts of Article 120b UCMJ. To say my case was a bit complicated would be putting it mildly but the short of it is that a 4 year... long legal battle was the result of my ex manipulating the legal system and convincing her daughter to accuse me of false allegations. When charged, I had no idea what to do so, I researched long and hard and luckily I found Jordan UCMJ Law. Upon hearing my case, Mr. Jordan didn’t BS me, telling me things like ‘everything is going to be alright’. No, he was absolutely honest telling me that this was going to be one of the toughest times in my life. And boy he was not joking. Over the course of the investigation, Mr. Jordan assembled a remarkable team and went to work. He was able to sift through the twisted lies my accuser fabricated. He saw the truth for what it was and built one hell of a defense. But he was not done there. During the trial, I personally witnessed him dismantled the accusers case and show the truth. I was facing 70 years in prison (worst case) and a dishonorable discharge while registering as a sex offender (best case). Being over 40 with 25 years in service, my life would have been effectively over. I say that because Mr. Jordan and his team quite literally saved my life and I can’t thank them enough. If you are facing something, you want the best; this is it. I would 100% recommend him!

Words cannot fully express my immense gratitude for Mr. Jordan and the truly extraordinary work he did on my behalf. Over the course of more than a year and a half, he guided me through one of the most challenging experiences of my life with unmatched professionalism, expertise, and compassion. Facin...g an Article 120 charge under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) was overwhelming, but Mr. Jordan stood by me every step of the way, ultimately securing a full acquittal. From the very beginning, it was evident that Mr. Jordan possessed an exceptional understanding of both the law and the complexities of my case. His meticulous attention to detail and deep knowledge of the UCMJ were unparalleled. He left no stone unturned in his preparation, examining every piece of evidence and crafting a compelling defense strategy tailored to the specifics of my situation. Throughout the 18-month ordeal, Mr. Jordan demonstrated an unwavering commitment to my case. His ability to communicate legal concepts in a clear and straightforward manner ensured I always felt informed and empowered. He not only fought tirelessly in the courtroom but also provided constant support and reassurance during what was an incredibly stressful and uncertain time. His dedication, compassion, and belief in my innocence made all the difference. Mr. Jordan worked tirelessly to ensure that justice was served, and thanks to his extraordinary efforts, I was fully acquitted of all charges. The weight lifted off my shoulders after hearing the verdict was indescribable, and it was all because of Mr. Jordan and his unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend Mr. Jordan highly enough. His expertise in handling UCMJ cases, particularly Article 120 charges, is second to none. He is a true credit to his profession and a beacon of hope for anyone facing the daunting challenges of the military justice system. I will forever be grateful to have had him in my corner, fighting for me and my future.

Worth every penny.

Our son, an E3 stationed at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, was falsely accused of an Article 120, sexual assault, in a worst-case scenario; charges were brought early in 2024, shortly after the military’s new process of prosecution began, coupled with a huge shuffle in his chain-of-command that create...d a lack of interest/understanding in the case by his leadership. Without the expertise and guidance of Jordan’s team, our son would have fallen through the cracks and been separated from the Army. Because of the no-bull, aggressive and thorough approach from Jordan and his team, no charges were pressed and our son was retained and is completing his military career in honorable standing. Our family highly recommends Jordan UCMJ Law and feel the results would have been far less favorable without him.

HONEST REVIEW

My case is a long one, I am an E6 stationed out of FL. I was accused of SA ART 120 back in 2020. I spoke to 3 different lawyers and received consultation. In the end I went with my gut and chose to retain Mr. Jordan. In the beginning I had little contact with Mr. Jordan himself and most my communica...tion was done through his paralegal Mrs. Tasha. Throughout the next year and a half, they successfully defended my security clearance, a tab revocation and my CMF. Mr. Jordan and his team also successfully defended the initial GOMOR for SA ART 120. Again, most of my communication was done through the paralegal. But do not think Mr. Jordan was not hard at work he put together a defense and legal analysis that was second to none. Unfortunately, my previous command saw fit to administer an ADMIN Separation under the serious offenses of lying on a sworn statement, Sexual assault and adultery. The time leading up to the board is where I spoke with MR. Jordan a lot, two days before the Board I met with Mr. Jordan in an agreed upon location and reviewed and planned for the board. I felt confident after day but that feeling of despair still lingers no matter what. The day of the board 2 years had passed since the initial allegation and investigation. Mr. Jordan went into that board and crushed it. End result was SA charge was not founded (again) lying on sworn statement not founded, and i was retained for continued service. For anyone searching for a competent, well versed and well-spoken lawyer, Mr. Jordan is your man. He will do everything in his power to get the outcome that you desire. His team; Mrs. Tasha and Mrs. Patti work just as hard as Mr. Jordan. I can't thank Mr. Jordan and Mrs. Tasha enough. They saved my career and my lively hood. Being accused of SA is not an easy burden to carry and especially in today's climate in reference to SA in the military you are guilty until proven innocent. Mr. Jordan and his team will help with that burden. Overall, 10/10 would recommend and as far as price, you cannot put a price on your career or happiness.
