On Feb.10,2010, I was advised that my husband was headed to the er due to and injury on the job. 10 tons had knocked him in the head and landed on his arm. Thus, recieving a broke arm,torn shoulder and the worst at that time, a possible sinus blow out.He was then care flighted to a larger hospital du...e to the fact his face swelled so intensley they were afraid air was going to his brain. I was so worried about the whole finding a lawyer process. Luckily I had a friend who referred me to Marc Lenahan. This was honestly the best thing that has happened to me. My nightmare started June 5, 2006. I was employed by a large transportation company as a CDL driver. While dropping a load in Ft. Marc Lenahan is a very legit attorney and his partner tom is very legit as well. I was involved in a scenario normally only heard about on the news. While riding my motorcycle home one night on the highway, I noticed that the car in front of me suddenly swerve off to the right. The next thing I knew, headlights were coming straight at me from a vehicle heading the wrong direction... and I struck the side of his car as he attempted to dodge the collision at the last second. I wound up in the hospital, but miraculously, I physically got away with nothing more than a broken wrist and road rash. Though I suffered relatively minimal injuries, they greatly set me back in my studies towards medical school and at work. I also found myself waking up in the middle of the night after reliving the near-death experience in my dreams. After searching around on the internet, I called around to several attorneys, but Marc was the only one who directly took my call right away.
