Last May, 2010, my wife and daughter planned to attend the wedding of a friend of my daughter’s. The wedding was held at an estate of one of the most powerful attorneys in the nation. Upon arriving at the wedding, guests were being ushered from their car to the private chapel by groomsmen via golf ...carts provided by the lawyer. Dealing with insurance companies can be a daunting task if you’ve been hurt. Take it from me, I know this. The last thing you want to worry about when you’re laying in a hospital room or in your bed trying to recover from an accident or other traumatic event is dealing with an insurance adjuster. ...Make no mistake: these people are not your friends, and they are not there to help you.
