The Hunter

No matter what you have done, John Hunter Smith is the best at digging up legal facts and hunting up witnesses to support your case. Always prepared to go to court and fight for you, but willing to get your case dismissed or pleaded down if possible. His efforts got our case downgraded to a class C... misdemeanor. Way to go Hunter!

Excellent service

John worked extremely hard to get results and a great outcome for my case. He stayed in contact with me and never failed to respond to any questions I had. He would check up with me and made sure I was always informed about what was going on. I would recommend him and his firm to anyone!

Felony Aggrvated Assault Charges

Mr. Smith was able to have my 2nd and 3rd degree aggravated assault charges due to a vehicle collision reduced to a misdemeanor DWI. Mr. Smith explained the process and possible avenues to properly resolve the issue. After reviewing the evidence Mr. Smith was able to work with the DA to come to an ac...ceptable conclusion without going to court. I was very satisfied with the result and point to Mr. Smith's expertise in these matters as being the determining factor in the outcome. Mr. Smith and his staff were professional at all times and were very interested in insuring I was fully comfortable and informed about the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend Mr. Smith and his firm in these matters.
