Look no further than Mr. John Hunter Smith

If you’re in legal trouble, Mr. Smith is absolutely the one to call. I recently had a case going on and fortunately I was able to find Mr. Smith and retain him and I couldn’t be happier. First, his knowledge of the law is second to none and another thing that I really love about Mr. Smith is his app...roach and his no nonsense candor about your case. He doesn’t try and sell you some pie in the sky dream or anything like that. He just tells you how it is and what his opinion is on the case and what he thinks is best. In my situation….. he was able to get my case completely dismissed. His assistant/paralegal Claudia is also amazing. Always so quick to respond to any questions that I may have had, etc.. I couldn’t be more pleased with having Mr. John Hunter Smith represent me. I highly recommend him if you’re in any kind of legal trouble and need a top notch attorney to be there to fight for you. Thank y’all so much for everything that y’all did for me.

Best criminal defense lawyer around

Hands down the best lawyer i’ve ever had! I was facing prison time after repeating a man del charge while on probation and John walked me through all the steps we needed to take, prepped me, let me know the possible outcomes and made me feel comfortable about to whole situation even though my life wa...s on the line. Instead of going to jail/ prison, we took the cases to trial and he got me probation for a repeated charge that would’ve required me to be locked up for 5-99 years. So my round of applause go to John Smith for sure i highly recommend him!

This Lawyer Don’t Play About His!!!

After 3 yrs of uncertainty and overall just turmoil, Mr. Smith was an absolute Godsend! I was fighting a DWI charge and it was my FIRST time ever being arrested let alone charged. Mr. Smith was absolutely professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and very considerate. We worked together for month...s, he provided consultations, zoom meetings, email reminders, and ensured that I was fully prepared for everything the process could entail. From his colleagues, to office staff, my entire experience was reassuring. After what felt like forever, we finally went to trial and WON! Mr. Smith has not only restored my dignity, reputation, but he restored and provided me HOPE. If I could make him my lawyer for all things I hands down would! But thanks to John H Smith I no longer need his services and will forever recall the amazing work and dedication he put into my case. May God bless him and all his endeavors. DWI

Fantastic job by John Hunter Smith! He was very attentive to my situation, and constructed our defense based on wrong doings of the arresting officer. He knew the rules of the sobriety test better than she did, and pointed out areas where she went wrong, and pointed out where she was trying to tric...k me into saying something wrong. He reviewed the body cam video and her report many times to pick up discrepancies between what happened and what she said happened. I was extremely pleased with John and an overall good guy, as well. All 6 jurors came back not guilty! Thanks, John!
