John Hunter Smith is a great representation of counsel he was awsome in communicating with me and making sure I understood the charges against me he also did everything in his power to make sure I was treated Fair in my situation he always keep me informed when new details were available he is spot o...n and is knowledgeable in what he's doing that's more than what I can say about any other lawyer I have encountered in the past

Knowledgable and Brilliant

Mr. Smith was my representative during the time of my case. His staff and himself were always helpful with any questions or advice I needed. I was faced with a charge of sexual assault. From the beginning, John Hunter knew exactly what needed to happen to help me fight this horrific false allegation. John immediately began organizing a game plan and put all of his experience and resources to work. He knew who to get involved in my case ...including a phycologist, private detective and other expert witnesses. This was a long battle with the DA’s office. John Hunter knew a lot of work was going to have to happen in my case for the truth to prevail. He worked hard on my case for several months. I knew if John Hunter was working by the hour, the retainer we agreed on up front would have run out long before the charges against me were dismissed. But, John Hunter was so passionate about my case that he worked just as hard at the end of the case as he did at the beginning. I spent months in the court house watching the same people. Defendants with their defense lawyers. Fishing for plea deals and getting passes until the following month. Not me, I was prepared to fight to the end and truth would prevail. I had that confidence because John Hunter Smith was right there, hand in hand with me every step of the way. I cannot express enough gratitude about the effort John Hunter put into helping me fight this false allegation. The sexual assault charges against me were dismissed 1 week before my jury trial began. If you hire John Hunter Smith to represent you, you will know exactly what you are facing. The good and the bad. Worst case scenarios and best case scenarios. John Hunter will make you prepared for the worst, but you will have the confidence to know that the best is the only acceptable outcome. Does what he says!

John Hunter Smith does what he says. He said he likes to fight in court and doesn't like to lose. He won my case and it was a tough fight. I hope I never have to buy would definitely use him again. I personally recommend him
