So glad to have her in my corner!

Ms. Gannaway assisted me with my family case. My ex is very difficult and wouldn't agree to reasonable terms. Ms. Gannaway was able to negotiate an agreement between us that I didn't think could happen. Our kids' lives are better for having Ms. Gannaway handle my case. She was creative, honest,... aggressive and I trusted her to look out for me and my kids' interests. Very good experience and will go back to her for any legal issue I have in the future.

Professional, Honest and Kind

Mary just finished my divorce with a bang! She is up most professional and honest. I always knew what was going on with my case. My calls where returned in less than 24 hours. She was always able to answer my questions and prepare me for our hearings. I always knew what to expect and was never thrown... off guard. We had a great outcome and that is all thanks to her! I would and will always refer clients to her.

Honest, Upfront and Aggressive!

I hired Mary for my divorce. She spoke with me on the phone, which no other lawyer I called would do, and told me important information for my issue. She then gave me a free consultation that lasted over an hour! She always gave me plenty of notice for court hearings and kept me up to date on my ca...se. She took the time to explain every step before it happened, which relieved my stress and anxiety greatly. We ended up winning on all the issues important to me. I would definitely hire her again.

No

Would not recommend, unless you want your money and time wasted. First time to ever use attorney. Did not know to NOT make that obvious because if you do, your lack of knowledge on what to do will be taken FULLY ADVANTAGE OF. Learned from this experience that you DON'T have to agree with what your... attorney is telling you to do. They do this in knowing you think you have to agree to whatever she is telling you she "IS GOING TO DO" on "YOUR" benefit...She isn't telling you to do a course of action to "benefit" YOU in court case, she's actually doing the course of action on benefits to HER so she can continue to obtain as much money as possible. In the end, you realize all the FALSE hopes you WISHED to acquire during court case was only constant payments to her years later, without any results she made you think would happen. I was represented by Mrs. Gannaway for almost 2 years until, by the time she gained $8,000.00 from me, she realized I was drained of money, she told me she was going to have to withdrawal from case and told me to find another attorney. Keep in mind, she was fully paid up!! All about HER MONEY and NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY'S BEST INTEREST!

While I cannot comment on case or client specifics, I will say that all client contracts state that I will withdraw from a case should a client knowingly fail to disclose a material fact, refuse to be reasonable in his or her requests, or ask that I do something unethical or unlawful.
