I hired Whitney as lawyer/counsel. I don't feel like I was given any type of information that assisted in making the important decisions that need to be made during the divorce process. There were NO "what to look for" or "how to prepare for" pointers and I feel like Whitney was more worried about im...pressing my ex's lawyer (because she gets work from him) than doing anything to benefit me. I learned more about divorce in the prologue of a "how to" book after spending more than a few thousand dollars with Whitney. Waste of my time and money and I'll be paying for years now. I DO NOT RECOMMNEND.

I cannot recommend Whitney enough. While I am sure she had quite the caseload, I never felt that my case received anything other than her full attention. Her effort and time, along with attention to detail went beyond my expectation. While I hope I never have to return to litigation, if ever do, I... wouldn’t hesitate in asking her to take on my case again.

After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior.
