I hired Debra after my marriage lasted 6 months. Debra was strong, honest, and upfront about all specifics of the case. Her team was absolutely great too. Maddie, Brianna, Alane, everyone worked very hard to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Like any divorce things can get costly. I can honestl...y say Deb was straightforward in all aspects and fought for what I wanted as for as possessions wise etc. I definitely recommend her.

I hired Debra to divorce me from my husband of 25 years. She advised me to file an order of protection against my husband that was bogus. The Judge vacated it. She issued over 50 subpoenas for useless information. She accused my husband of being a drug addict. She filed bogus allegations that mad...e it impossible for my husband to find work so I get no support. She charged me over $200,000. Then she quit the case and I am now penny-less. Stay away from her.

Going through a Divorce was hard enough, but the best decision I could have ever made was hiring Debra! She fought every step of the way for me and my children, and I am forever grateful to her. She knows the law, knows how to make things happen, and got me what I needed. I would recommend her to any...one, except my ex-wife. If you are looking to retain a lawyer, hurry and get her before your Ex does first. Unfortunately my divorce got ugly and Debra was able to keep things civil, and worked with the attorneys in order to make sure that everything was facilitated properly. I am not one to write reviews like this, but I hope this helps someone in serious need of legal assistance.

This is why the negative reviews are PATENTLY FALSE (likely, not posted by ACTUAL clients): Though I believe that an attorney might get a consistent 5 star rating, my being familiar w...ith Miss DiMaggio's knowledge and ethics it would be impossible to give a 1 star rating. I first employed Miss DiMaggio's legal services about 4 or 5 years ago* and have continued to use her services when the occasion presented itself as I will explain. Having never been married and, therefore, not seeking a divorce I, nonetheless, required attorney services. Miss DiMaggio has saved me more than 10 thousand dollars in a single litigation. I have recommended Miss DiMaggio to three friends all seeking divorce. Though I am not privy to the details with respect to any proceedings, each of my friends has spoken glowingly of Miss DiMaggio. The friend I referred most recently reported to me how impressed he was with the scope and depth of her knowledge particularly, as compared with the attorney he was first going to use.
