Kelly was great from start to finish. First off, she spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining the options in my case without asking for a retainer, down payment, anything. I thought I was talking to a paralegal at first (no offense Kelly, just odd how helpful you were at first!!) Aft...er I decided to go with her, we met for a few hours to discuss my case. She was totally professional, explained things to me in terms that I could understand (this was huge for me), and gave me options. When I say options, I mean she was willing to go to bat as long as I was (as long as my argument was legit I assume, which mine was..).
