I am sorry that this person felt that the tremendous amount of time and effort that went into her matter was not enough. I am unable to comment on the details of her very complex matter. However, I disagree completely with her statement that I ignored or dismissed her. It is simply not true. In general, the problem with being an attorney handling family law matters is that I am working with clients who already feel diminished or even abused by their spouses. Sometimes, as their attorney, I am subjected to the backlash of their emotional pain and anger. I can assure other readers of this review that I take my role as an attorney seriously and that I make every effort to listen to my clients and respond to their concerns. I have an excellent record with the court, the legal community, and especially with the majority of my clients. One thing I cannot do is guarantee a client's success in the litigation setting. I have no control over an opposing party, their counsel, or a Judge’s decision. I certainly hope that if you are reading this, you will check out how the majority of my clients feel about the services they receive.
