Attorney Oswald did a fantastic job representing me in a DUI case in Shawano. The DA in shawano is very unreasonable and attorney oswald and I decided to take the case to trial. Hopefully I'm never in the situation where I'll need Attorney Oswald again but I'll definitely keep his number in my phone.... I highly recommend Attorney Oswald for a DUI/OWI citation.

I was facing my first OWI and a co-worker recommended Jeff Oswald. Am I glad i made that phone call-from then on I knew i was in good, capable hands! My situation was a bit more difficult because i picked up my daughter, who is 15, a couple miles from home, so she was in the car. So everything I was ...facing was actually the same as a second offense. Jeff went right to work on my case, always keeping me informed on what was going on. He went to court on my behalf and i only had to be there for the final plea/sentencing hearing. I was facing up to 6 months jail time and I only got 10 days. He really knows his stuff and what was quite an intimidating and scary time for me was less stressful with him in my corner! He always explained everything, answered all my questions, and really reassured me and made me feel at ease. I never once felt judged for the stupid mistake I made. Attorney Jeff Oswald helped me through the worst time in my life! It was my 3rd OWI and a refusal charge. I was facing immediate revocation because of the refusal, 45 days to 1 year of jail time as well 2 to 3 years revocation once convicted. Upon my initial call I had an appointment with Jeff the... next day. Jeff and Amy treated me with great professionalism, always responded to emails and calls quickly, eased my worst fears and helped me to understand the process and what the expected outcomes would be. Jeff’s great representation allowed me to retain my license for a few months until my sentencing. It was clear Mr. Oswald had put a great deal of effort on my behalf.
