I would highly recommend Attorney Jeff Oswald.

After receiving my 1st OWI, I was very embarrassed and disappointed in myself. As a professional person, I know I made a mistake that could affect my life in many ways, none of them positive. I am new to the state of Wisconsin so I did some research to best resolve my situation. I received a few reco...mmendations and decided to call Jeff to discuss my case. He was very professional, not judgmental, and explained the process very concisely. Jeff's assistant Amy kept me abreast of the various steps throughout the case and was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Even with a refusal, Jeff was able to get my situation resolved with the best possible outcome. I never had to appear in court and Jeff handled every detail. I hope others never have to experience the OWI process, but if you do, you need to contact Attorney Jeff Oswald ASAP!

Experienced Lawyer for OWI

Jeff represented me in court for my 2nd OWI and the penalties are very hefty. He negotiated with the D.A. and offered me a really good alternative to the original sentencing. Instead of sitting in jail, I’m able to go to work and be home with my family. I highly recommend Jeff to represent you.

OWI 1st offense

My case took a very long time, but when it came down to actually negotiating Jeff was able to get the minimum on everything for me! Blew over 0.15 and he was able to get me out of having the IID. Situation still sucks, but I'm glad Jeff was able to do what he did for me. Can't thank him enough.

Excellent Representation

Mr. Oswald represented one of our adult kidsl for a court matter. He was amazing. Kept us informed and worked hard to make sure our son got the minimal penalty. He was very empathetic with our son's situation and understood that everyone makes mistakes. I would use Mr. Oswald anytime.

He was great!

Jeff really helped me out with the case that I was in. He helped get rid of everything I got charged for which would have affected my job choices in the future. He was very thorough and amazing. I would recommend Jeff to anybody that's looking for a lawyer
