Jeff was hired after a 2nd DUI was received when being pulled over for a 3rd brake light being out (the one in your back window). Jeff was always on top of the case and was extremely thorough. He explained the options and circumstances with each in a way that we could understand. Jeff was always very... professional and did not charge any additional fees over what was originally quoted. In the end, the best possible outcome for the case was received so I would highly recommend him to represent anyone I know.

I was facing my first OWI and a co-worker recommended Jeff Oswald. Am I glad i made that phone call-from then on I knew i was in good, capable hands! My situation was a bit more difficult because i picked up my daughter, who is 15, a couple miles from home, so she was in the car. Attorney Jeff Oswald helped me through the worst time in my life! It was my 3rd OWI and a refusal charge. I was facing immediate revocation because of the refusal, 45 days to 1 year of jail time as well 2 to 3 years revocation once convicted. Upon my initial call I had an appointment with Jeff the... next day. It was clear Mr. Oswald had put a great deal of effort on my behalf. He took two cases of mine over the course of roughly a year and a half...the results were as good as I could have hoped for, and I owe it to Jeff's knowledge and diligence. Retaining Jeff Oswald for my felony OWI is the only reason I am not a felon. I would recommend Jeff Oswald to anyone who has any type of criminal charges pending.
