When I first started to search for personal injury lawyers to handle my car accident case I was turned off by all of the other attorney's that I spoke to. I would classify myself as more of a hands on client not wanting to get lost along the way so I was very grateful that she took the time to answer whatever i asked. From there I met with Joumana and she assigned Mark Smiley to my case and he was amazing we jumped right in. He was very knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable with the process of going through the lawsuit. At this point I have to say I was getting a little worried because like I said earlier I was more of a hands on client and Mark was going to be out of the office for sometime medical reasons so I was worried that about communication concerning the details of my case. Thats when they assigned Sheila to help as marks assistant and everything was wonderful. Even with mark in the hospital and recovery I was able to get information from him through Sheila. She was outstanding and really took away any fear i had concerning my case. Joumana helps recover your no-fault benefits, but transfers you off to another attorney within her law firm as soon as your payments stop. Once your case is settled she does not issue your money right away. My case settled in February of 2012, and its now July and I still haven't received my check. S...he is a nice person but process payments slowly. DON'T LET HER KINDNESS FOOL YOU!!!
