ill make this short. i know im a pain, and can make it difulcult for alot of people.Let me say i dont know what clients Joumana deals with but i gave her and her staff a very hard time.I must say her staff were very patiant and polite ,and when i asked for Joumana, she made her self avalible for me, ...to answer all my questions. This woman went out of her way to bring me in many times to go over the same questions, just because i wanted to push,i cant help it, i like to prove people wrong,and when i signed with joumana, they said they would answer any question anytime.For this i must say is true. Not only did she answer my questions, she went out of her way to call me at odd times ,like in the evening to check on me and see if i needed any help with anything. My case was a car accident, i was the passanger, joumana explained to me in terms i could understand tht i have rights,an i have a very good case. Without going into detail im glad i picked joumana,and the only reason i picked her was that i have seen all these billboards around town, so i figured she must be good if she can have all of them around town.Joumana didnt let me down, either did her staff, im not the best with names so lets just say all her her staff.I Found joumana to be profesional extreamly caring, someone that doesnt keep you waiting.Joumana made it easy for me to ubderstand the law in michigan, for this im grateful,and the way she does it, this woman must be very smart,if i could understand it, i feel a 3 yr old could.To sume it up i would without adout recomand joumana as your lawyer. Besides being extreamly beautiful, she is very smart and know the law.This is the lawyer you call.

A few months ago I had the privilege in being referred to Joumana Kayrouz. It was a friend that had used her last year,and couldn't stop talking about how quickly she had got the job done. I had asked who referred him,and he told me,he saw a few billboards around town,so this is why he had called.... Well ,I am grateful that Joumana was my lawyer as I was involved in a pretty bad car accident,and my insurance company kept giving me the run around .Joumana had kept me informed,I didn't feel left out at all. If I had called to ask a question ,juomana was quick to respond to my call. I was first met Joumana Kayrouz through my trainer.He was telling me that she was his client and she is a personal injury lawyer and spoke very highly of her as a lawyer and person.After a brief conversation about my problem,i was invited to her office.I was very impressed with the way she took tim...e out of her personal time to make time to meet with me. Iwas taken away on how someone in this line of work could be so kind, caring and beautiful on the inside and out.As for the other lawyers,they had told me i had a very weak case, but Joumana thought i had a good one.Im no lawyer but Joumana was right.Now this was not a big case at all,this is why i cant say enough about joumana kayrouz for taking the time to even look at it.Joumana did a great job in keeping me informed and would aslo call after hours.Anyone who works for the little guys like me,and doesnt forget where they come from,makes them a intelligent respected person in my eyes.One final note im a dog lover,and did see this tiny dog in her office one day,she told me this was her princess,and i could see how this woman cared for this dog,just as she cared for me with my little case.So its my opinion that joumana Kayrouz doesnt care how small or big the case is,eveyone gets the same loving attention they deseve. I had tried 3to 4 other lawyers with no luck.Then i was driving up southfield rd and there it was,a billboard with miss Joumana Kayrouz.The first thing i thought,this girl must be doing something right,so i called the number on it.After i had left a message,about a couple of hours later,joumana was c...alling me back.now what was the big surpise about this was,1 someone calling back so quick,and 2 it was after 9PM .Thats all i needed to go in and meet with her.On our 1st meeting , i must say Miss Joumana suprised me even more,once you get past how beautiful she is in person,you soon relize this girl means business.Joumana showed me i had a very strong case,where others told me i would be wasting there time.or they wouldnt return my calls.Joumana has a very soft compasionate side,which i saw 1st hand,as she had this pour litttle dog sitting on the floor,it takes a special person to look after this dog ,as she cant walk,and has 1 eye.Anyway joumana called me almost evey day ,a lot of the times it was after hours ,which i loved,it showed me this girl loves the chalange and just doesnt go home at 5 like the rest of us. Joumana is a very caring,extreamly hard working,extremly smart,and one of the most truting persons i have met.Joumana has a way to help you relax,so you feel at ease with her.Now a lot of lawyers i met,didnt make me feel welcome,or relaxed,so this is a big deal in my eyes.You dont freak out because you know you can trust juomana,and you know she will get the best posible result for you. To sum up my dealings with Joumana,everything went bettr then i could of ever guesssed.Joumana got the job done in a timlly manner,and she is without a dout one of the nicest caring persons i have met.Now i see what others in the past had seen. one word to sum up joumana as a lawyer/person is AMAZING If i could give more then 5 stars i would.I would tell others to not waist your time calling around town,save time and be smart,call joumana Kayrouz,you will not be disapointed.
