The best criminal defense attorney in Dayton, ohio

Frank saved me from going to jail, I had re-offended and the probation department wanted jail time but he convinced the judge to give probation and home monitoring. You can tell he really cares about his clients, he is easy to get on the phone and will spend the time to explain his strategy for you.... He even went over to the judge to plead my case a day before the sentencing. If it wasn't for Frank Malocu I would be in jail right now. I recommend him Highly

Before my meeting with Frank, I was uncertain about how I should proceed with my divorce case. Do I do this, or that, I was confused about it all. Within a couple of minutes of talking to Frank, I knew I had found the right person to help me work it out. I was very impressed as he laid the groundwor...k we would be doing and every step along the way. All of my questions were answered and it put my mind at ease so i immediately hired him the hand my divorce for me. I would recommend Frank Malocu to everyone.

very pleased

Mr. Malocu represented me in a ovi case through huber heights court. He made me feel very comfortable through my difficult time. He was able to get me a very reasonable plea bargain.

Criminal

Mr. Malocu was extremely professional and also made us feel he was on our side no matter what. He took care of our case very fast and thankfully it's over. If I ever need a lawyer again I definitely know who to call !
