My lawyer did an excellent job at presenting my case to the judge I was facing jail And did not get incarrserated he was very good at explanation of documents and was able to have great respect and was very honest

Oviedo defence

Frank did a great job taking care of my case. 2nd Ovi conviction in 5 years. He got it reduced to physical control and suspension dismissed. Good guy makes you as comfortable as possible through the process.

Thanks to Frank

I recently had an issue with OVI in Kettering. I was frantic and scared, as this was my first ever violation, at 27 years old. I contacted a few lawyers with outrageous retainment fees. I finally found Frank Malocu. I scheduled a consultation which we then met that Thursday; I called Tuesday. After t...he free consultation, I felt so relieved that I had found a reputable attorney to help me with my case. I had a reasonable fee which saved me thousands of dollars. So glad I got an attorney who set things straight forward rather than going with a public defender. I was able to receive a completely reduced charge and have driving privileges. If you want a lawyer who gets to the point and takes care of everything this is your guy!

Divorce

I got divorce and sole custody

I hired Frank for my divorce and he did a great job I hired him in October and it was finished in December. I was in the court room less than 5 minutes. He did everything fast and at a great price. Very professional and knowledgeable. If your looking for a lawyer hire him, you won't be sorry.
