Great Lawer

Frank did a great job for me, in dealing with a second charge while on probation for the first charge. The outcome was as good as could be expected. He knows the court system and the people he is dealing with. He was more informative than the previous lawer I dealt with. I would definitely recommen...d Frank Malocu

Great Lawyer

Frank made my OVI situation much easier. I had been traveling back and forth from NYC to Ohio and he took care of everything. I just had to show up. He got my BAC thrown out which helped my case a lot. I was very nervous about the whole situation and very nervous in court and he made me feel more at ...ease about everything.

Knows the system

What I like about Frank is he knows the court system, the judges, the prosecutors and if I am not mistaken sometimes he substitutes on the bench. So with that he has a command of the legal system. He gives good straight advice on your case and he keeps you informed along the way. For me the outcom...e was great, in fact this is my second time to have him represent me. In both cases he did a great job. And back to what I said in the tittle he knows all the players and knows how to negotiate; which is what you want in a attorney.

Review

I have used Frank on two different occasions. The first time was in a child custody case. I was very satisfied with the outcome and it went exactly how Frank said it would in the beginning. He was very good about keeping me informed and was very easy to contact unlike some other lawyers I have used i...n the past. The second case was for my sister who had a second degree felony. Every lawyer that I contacted wanted me to run them some money down that day. Frank told me to wait it out before spending my money because of her situation he could see her case being beat early with a public defender and not cost us any money and that if they didn't offer to drop her case then contact him and he would fight it from there. Today her case was dropped with the public defender. Frank could of easily took our money because we was all set to hire a lawyer that day and was calling around for prices. He was the only lawyer that day who didn't ask me to run him some money down that day. I would definitely recommend Frank to anyone. I've dealt with a lot of lawyers in my life and Frank is by far the most honest lawyer I've ever dealt with. I hope to never need another attorney but if I do I wouldn't even call other lawyers I will always go straight to Frank.
