divorce case

Frank handled my divorce case for me. He is very professional and got me more than I expected. His staff is great and I would recommend him to anyone!

Highly Recommend

Ever since I have been associated with Frank Malocu as a client I have been Highly Satisfied! He is a part of a top-notch law firm, and is willing to do whatever it takes to help you through your ordeal. He has represented many of my co-workers and family members, and he advised them all throughout t...heir case. I really think you can tell a lawyer who cares, and one who just considers you as a way to pay the bills. Frank Cares! I thank him and rest of the law firm for being so professional. If ever I need an attorney in the near future I definitely would return for any further representation.

Juvenile issue

A number of years ago, my son (juvenile) crossed a legal line. Mr Malocu advised that we start counseling, and later represented my son at his hearing. Mr. Malocu presented to the judge that my son had good family support, counseling, and that juvenile detention would not serve him. My son was rel...eased and stayed in counseling for a year. He never repeated that act. Years later I heard that one fact common among adult prison inmates was a term in juvenile detention (JD). My son never went to JD; he is married, owns his home, and works steadily. I'm very proud of him, and thank Mr. Malocu for his assistance, advice, and legal counsel.

Caring and Punctual

I found Atty. Malocu to be very attentive to the concerns I addressed to him. his explanations and knowledge were in terms I could understand and appreciate. Wasted My Time & Money!

I'm am extremely disappointed with the representation that I received from Frank. Things started off great and I was hopeful that he would be an asset to me in my divorce. Eventually, Frank started getting increasingly unresponsive. It's been over a year and I've asked him multiple times, in writin...g, for a copy of the draft separation agreement; he's yet to send me ANYTHING. A few months ago, Frank worked with my ex’s attorney to postpone a court date on a joint motion, that he told me NOTHING about, and delayed divorce even longer. Every time court is delayed, it costs me more time and money. I shouldn't have had to find out that I PAID my attorney to file a joint motion with my ex’s attorney by looking at the public record. He should have told me himself but he didn't because the reason he cited to the court asking for them to delay my court date was that "the parties needed more time to reach an agreement". That one move pushed my court date back two months! Meanwhile, I am STILL waiting to see his work product that spells out my position in writing to my ex's attorney. All this time and over $5,000 later and I don't even know what the "sticking points" of disagreement are. How is that possible? I've given him more than enough documentation. I've given him 4 rounds of discovery that he doesn't even appear to read because he asks me questions that are in the paperwork. According to his invoicing, he's billed me hours of his, and his assistant's, time for drafting the separation agreement so why can't he send it to me?! Last week, I was forced to spend another $3,000 to retain a new attorney after Frank stopped responding to me on an extremely urgent, time sensitive matter. He went silent for over a week. My new attorney has gotten more movement on my case in a week than Frank did in 13 months of dragging his feet and selectively answering my questions. I could go on and on, and I will, to spare as many people as I can against wasting time and money they don't have getting the yo-yo treatment from Frank. I also fully intend to file a formal complaint against Frank with the Bar Association.
