I hired Dale after being arrested in my car, at my home, with the car turned off. Yes you read that correctly. After receiving all the evidence the courts decided to rightfully reduce my charge and I would just have to complete a weekend program. Because of my work schedule and busy life this woul...d not be easy for me to do so I asked dale to fight it and he was able to successfully negotiate me out of the weekend program. All in all Dale Joe and Deniss were fantastic and did a great job. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Dale did exactly what he said by getting ovi reduced to physical control. Refusal to submit to sobriety test caused an automatic administrative suspension. Dale also got that removed and driving privileges re-instated that day at court appearance. His paralegal Denise communicated quickly and followe...d through and promises to do so by making sure the Bmv receives reinstatement from court. Amazing to say the least.
